Although I've never personally dealt with Dan Flynn, I've had the utmost pleasure of dealing with Karen Fazio at the agency. We would think that in today's world customer service, kindness and knowledge no longer exist. This is not the case with Karen Fazio. Karen at all times has been simply outstanding in every way possible. Karen is a true professional and a credit to the Dan Flynn agency, the insurance profession and herself. You can not go wrong with contacting and dealing with this fine professional and one of the nicest people you will ever know."

"I had my roof replaced in late september 2017 after hurricane Irma. I sent photos and a new wind mitigation letter to Tina at Dan Flynn's office. Fast forward to yesterday when I get a letter from that office saying my insurance policy will not be renewed because my roof is over 25 years old!! I called citizens and they said I need to provide a paid in full receipt or finalized permit to my insurance agent and apply for reinstatement. They notified Tina of the need to submit additional paperwork on January 16th. I'M FINALLY HEARING ABOUT THIS REQUEST THREE WEEKS LATER! Someone else in the office (because of course Tina wasnt there today) said Tina left me a message on 2/2 but I never received a voice mail from anyone in that office. Even if she had, it still wouldve taken her over two weeks to make the call. Plus, she never bothered to email me or follow up in any way when she didn't get a return phone call. I'm stuck with citizens, and I know I'm not a high dollar customer but you'd think the insurance agent would at least care if he lost policies because of his office staff's poor follow up and paperwork snafus."
